Last Wednesday Tyson was arrested for DUI and drug possession,now the prosecutor want to send him to jail. The prosecutor Andrew Thomas spoke at a news confrence and stated :"He has run out of second chances, at least in my book," . With the new charges Tyson on 2 felonies for drug possession and two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence of drugs.He now faces up to 7 years for all four counts.

Ros-zilla now is spewing her venom at Mrs.Walter for not calling Trump a liar for claiming Barbara regret hiring Rosie. Apparenty, according to Page Six, all hell broke loose when Mrs.Walter, back from a 2 week vacation,walked into the make up room early Monday morning and tried to give Rosie a hug.Rosie wasnt feeling her at all and claimed "You kept me in the newspapers this whole time!"

Apparently the label rushed Mos Def album to stores to counter attack the internet leak only to pull it right back off the shelves to be later repackaged.
You can still purchase what Geffen is calling the "limited edition pre-release" album on-line and some retail stores but look for the "official" release date in the spring time. some copies of the LP were in stores as early as December 19. The oddly timed December 29 official release date — a Friday as opposed to the traditional Tuesday, and during the slow media week between Christmas and New Year's Day — virtually guaranteed that the album would receive little attention. Sources close to Mos Def said the rapper also wanted to move forward with Tru3, which is his last contractual obligation to Geffen under his current deal, according to a label rep.

Benzino and Dave Mays Hip-Hop Weekly "the first glossy weekly publication for the hip hop generation" just threw a party in NYC to celebrate going nationwide.
